Return and Refund Policy

ALL products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packed for shippping .

Mymovetivation store will NOT accept:
1.Any customer personal feeling or subjective reason is not allowed for exchange or refund, based on the fact that the product is not perfectly suit you or the end result does not meet your expectation.

2.Slight color difference. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.

3.Customer doesn’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.

4.Customer carelessness of handling or opening the parcel may damage the items to scissor or penknife cut and dirt due to dirty hand. Please be careful when opening your parcel.

5.if you feel the goods/product is uncomfortable or too transparent it is not allowed for exchange or refund.

Movetivation7 e-store will ONLY accept: We will refund because of the large area of damage, large stain, send the wrong goods/product or counterfeit products(please make sure you can proof it). We will NOT be responsible for all postage damaged by delivery courier.

If your goods/product have quality problems with the above please contact us with email/whatsapp/sms within 3 working days of received of goods/product date. Please send a picture to us to confirm.

Please DO NOT call, we need proof(picture) and written detail about your refund product for our record. We will try to get back to you ASAP. Thanks.
